Accompanying persons
We are delighted to welcome your loved ones. Specific rates have been established for accompanying persons:
- Complete package for spouse/partner accompanying person: $495.00 (includes the Friday evening social activity, access to meals including the gala dinner dance);
- Complete package for accompanying person aged 13 and over: $495.00 (includes the Friday evening social activity, access to meals including the gala dinner dance);
- Complete package for accompanying person aged 6 to 12 $247.50 (includes Friday evening social activity, access to meals including the gala dinner dance);
- Complete package for accompanying adult (ages 5 and under): Free
People who are not members of the association
The fee for non-member participants at the congress on Saturday, October 17th is $350. Details are available on the registration form.
An invoice will then be sent to you and is payable within 30 days of receipt.

The maximum occupancy is four people per room. Each additional person beyond two people sharing a room will be charged an additional fee of $50.00 per person per night, except for children 18 years of age or younger sharing a room with their parents.

ACLS training
ACLS training is offered on Friday, September 18, from 8:00 a.m. to 5:45 p.m. The cost is $750 per person + tax. This course provides dual certification in CPR and ACLS.
Prerequisite: Online CPR and ACLS modules must be completed before the training, representing approximately 12 hours of preparation.
